Brancherie
Brancherie brings to you wallcoverings that artfully blend the wonders of nature with fresh design. Our founder, Deb Stewart, draws upon memories from her rural Midwest childhood, global travels, and local adventures in the Hudson Valley to craft each Brancherie wallpaper. Nature, the greatest source of inspiration, threads through all of her work. Deb's personal touch is evident in each design, hand-painted before being transformed into luxurious wallpaper and grasscloth.
Our wallcoverings are environmentally responsible, printed with non-toxic, water-based inks on paper and non-woven substrates sourced from Forest Stewardship Council certified forests.

Our founder
Deb Stewart began her journey in wallpaper design as she sought a creative outlet during a break from her career as a corporate attorney. She began to draw and paint, recapturing the imaginative spirit she remembered from her childhood days spent climbing trees and exploring nature in rural Indiana. Already a fan of wallpaper, she serendipitously discovered a wallpaper history and design course at The Fashion Institute of Technology. She enrolled and never looked back. During the pandemic, she founded Brancherie with the aim of preserving through design memories and life experiences that evoke a sense of childlike wonder and imagination. The result is a collection of wallcoverings that bring the magic of nature into homes, including her own.
